HolySheet.ai

Your sphere is already hiding in your inbox.

HolySheet finds the friends, family, acquaintances, past clients, and real estate relationships already buried in Gmail and Google Contacts — plus any CSV or Excel contact file sitting in your inbox. We automatically grab it, clean it, and add those people to your sphere. Then it fills the missing details and sends you one morning email showing exactly who to contact and why.

No CRM cleanup project. No database-building weekend. No new system to remember to check.

$200 one time — or included when you open a thanks.io Business account.

Be honest: what would you even put in another CRM?

    🤔

Are your best relationships split between Gmail, Google Contacts, your phone, spreadsheets, and old exports?

    🤔

How many people are missing a phone number, home address, birthday, job, or home information?

    🤔

How often do you open your CRM and still have no idea who deserves a call today?

    🤔

How many past clients and personal relationships are quietly aging out because nothing reminds you when something changes?

Buying a CRM does not create a sphere. It gives you an empty container. If the data is incomplete and nobody maintains it, the software becomes one more tab you stop opening.

The expensive part is not the CRM subscription. It is the referrals, repeat business, listings, and conversations that never happen.

This is what you get every morning.

HolySheet does the searching and organizing in the background. Your job starts with one email.

It builds the database before it asks you to use it.

Finds the people you already know

HolySheet starts with Google Contacts for immediate results, then works through sent email to identify real personal relationships and explicit real estate relationships. It looks for repeated communication and context instead of dumping every vendor, coworker, newsletter, and support address into your sphere.

    Handles messy contact files

Email yourself a CSV or Excel file. HolySheet detects likely contact lists from the last six months and asks for a simple YES reply before importing the entire file.

    Fills the missing information

HolySheet enriches missing phone, address, birthday, homeowner status, home value, years owned, seller score, LinkedIn, job title, company, and other useful relationship details.

    Watches for changes

It surfaces new property transactions, changed addresses, newer home-sale dates, job changes, and strong seller signals in the morning email.

    Creates the follow-up work

It prepares Gmail drafts, LinkedIn outreach scripts, call and text actions, and relationship-based notecards. Emails remain drafts until the agent reviews and sends them.

    Keeps the sphere useful

HolySheet maintains Active and Inactive contacts, removes bounced or repeatedly unresponsive people from the active group, and makes room for stronger relationships when the sphere reaches its target size.

    Keeps finding new relationships

The initial setup builds toward the agent's chosen sphere size, defaulting to 500 people. After catch-up, it adds no more than 10 newly qualified sent-email relationships per day.

This is what your contacts look like before and after.

HolySheet takes the raw mess across your inbox and turns it into an enriched, actionable sphere.

One simple Sheet for you. A lot of quiet work behind it.

You manage one spreadsheet. HolySheet manages everything underneath it.

    You see
    • One clean Sphere tab
    • Name, email, phone, address, birthday, and useful property details
    • One morning email
    • Drafts, calls, texts, LinkedIn actions, and notecard previews
    • Active or Inactive

    • ✓Duplicate prevention
    • ✓Data enrichment
    • ✓Seller and transaction monitoring

    • ✓Morning rollup creation

You do not manage the machine. You open the email and do the work that makes money.

HolySheet is probably for you if…

    • You are a real estate agent using Gmail and Google Sheets.
    • You know your sphere matters but have never built a clean one.
    • Your contacts are scattered or incomplete.
    • You have a CRM you rarely open, or you do not want another CRM.
    • You want specific daily actions instead of another dashboard.

HolySheet is not a replacement for a transaction-management system, dialer, or brokerage compliance platform. It is the relationship layer that builds and activates the sphere those systems assume you already have.

You can keep meaning to build your sphere, or wake up tomorrow with HolySheet building it for you.

    Option 1

Buy HolySheet — $200 one time

    Buy on Etsy

Includes the HolySheet Google Sheet, Apps Script automation, setup instructions, and the daily workflow.

    Option 2

Get it free with thanks.io Business

    Open a thanks.io Business Account

A free thanks.io account and API key are still required to use enrichment and notecards with the paid HolySheet option.

If your sphere is already clean, complete, and consistently followed up, you probably do not need this. If it is scattered, incomplete, or sitting untouched in a CRM, HolySheet was built for exactly that problem.
