- Then we design a 6x9 postcard that is mailed to your target list DAILY. The thanks.io platform has a system called evenFLOW which splits up your list to keep your marketing efforts happening constantly. Taking the 2,000 potential sellers that we send to 4 times per year results in 666 postcards a month (or about 22 postcards per day).
- The Neighborhood Famous postcards have a QR code on them. Anytime a seller scans your card and watches your video you are notified via email (with their contact details). At that point all you have to do is call them and set up a listing appointment. The video landing pages also have phone number call to actions on them which will entice sellers to call you!
